      Great question!
The temperature of Neptune varies, depending on what altitude (height) you are considering. The surface is extremely cold at just -218 degrees Celsius (about 55 degrees above absolute zero). But at the centre it is about 7000 degrees Celsius which is the sort of temperatures produced at the surface of the Sun. As you can imagine these huge temperature differences lead to extreme weather and the wind speeds on Neptune can be very extreme.
