      Probably nothing. But it would be very sad.

      If the material fell in, Saturn would probably have a nice little meteor shower….on a completely irrelevant note..

      Maybe they would move closer and closer together and form a new moon.

      This would never just suddenly happen, but given enough time they might eventually suffer orbital decay which means that the material will fall back to Saturn. This will have no effect on Earth. The sky just won’t be quite as nice anymore.
