      By challenging yourself. A great method is to read books about things that you are interested in but that you don’t know much about.

      I met Francois Englert (Nobel prize 2013) recently and he said that inspiration can come from almost anywhere and sometimes one is better listening to an opera than attending a lecture.

      If you want big muscles you can do weights. So I think if you want a strong brain, do puzzles and things like that.
